Jocelyn Bergen is an interaction designer and UX researcher with over 20 years of experience analyzing and creating websites and business processes. She has collaborated with designers, writers, producers, programmers, and developers on a wide variety of work from the high-tech, institutional, education, retail, and business service sectors.

In recent years, Jocelyn has worked on customer research and experience design projects, recruiting study participants, developing protocols, conducting interviews, and assembling and presenting robust findings documentation. Jocelyn also translates research findings into new interaction designs for site or process refreshes via collaborative workshops and experimentation.
